A band on the wrist settles three questions at the door: did they pay, which area can they enter, and are they allowed back in. Change the colour every night and last night’s band gets nobody in.

Setting it up
Run a colour rotation
- Pick four to seven colours and give each night of the week its own.
- Keep the rota off the wall where guests can see it.
- Print your venue name on every band so a band from the bar next door is useless here.
- Add sequential numbers if you reconcile entries against the till at closing.

Questions from clubs, pubs and bars
Can we get a different colour for each night?
Yes. Order a mix of colours in one order, at least 1,000 bands per colour, and keep each night’s stock separate. Stock colours: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, white, black, neon green, neon pink, neon orange and neon yellow.
Can the band carry our venue name?
Yes. Printed orders start at 5,000 and carry your name or logo in one colour or full colour, printed in-house in Pune.
Can a guest take it off and pass it to a friend?
Closure: self-adhesive tamper-evident tab. Buy a sample kit and try it at your own door before you order.
