A printed band does two jobs a plain one cannot: it only works at your venue, and it can be counted. Printed orders start at 5,000.
What can go on the band

Numbers and QR
Count every band that goes out.
Sequential numbers tell you how many bands each gate issued. A QR code lets your team scan at inner doors as well as the main gate. Send codes from your ticketing system, or we print a sequence.

Under 5,000: plain stock by the carton of 1,000, ₹3.30 a band (₹3,300 a carton).
GST at 18% is added on the invoice. Prices hold for 30 days.

About printing
What artwork should we send?
Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) prints sharpest; PNG or JPG at 300 dpi works for most logos. If artwork will not print well we redraw it for ₹330. The proof comes back the same day, as a digital proof.
How big can the print be?
Print area: the full length of the band or a centre panel, front only.
Can every band have a different number?
Yes. Sequential numbering adds up to ₹0.28 a band and QR codes ₹0.56 to ₹1.10 a band, on printed orders from 5,000. Numbered and QR orders take 2 to 3 working days more.
Can one order have several colours?
Yes, at no extra charge, with at least 1,000 bands per colour. Most printed orders are several colours, one for each tier, day or area. Colours outside our stock: from 5,000 bands.
