An example: choose colours that sit well with the outfits. Stock colours: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, white, black, neon green, neon pink, neon orange and neon yellow.
Destination weddings: what the resort needs
- Pool, spa and bar. Wedding guests wear the band; other hotel guests do not. Staff see the difference from across the pool.
- Open bar. Print the package on the band so the bar knows who is covered.
- Transfers. Show the band, board the shuttle.
- Children. Matching numbers on a child’s band and a parent’s.
Vendors and crew
Give vendors their own colour, printed CREW, and count bands out to each vendor’s lead. Security at the gate then knows at a glance who is working and who is a guest.
Printed with your names, or plain
Printed bands start at 5,000. Most weddings need fewer, so plain stock colours are the usual answer, one colour per function. Wedding planners ordering for a season can print their own name from 5,000 and use the bands across weddings.
A 19 mm band is the less noticeable choice with formal outfits. Fasten it with two fingers of room so it sits comfortably beside bangles.
