Midnight and re-entry
At midnight half the room goes out to the terrace, the beach or the street, and comes back ten minutes later. A tamper-evident band fastened by your staff lets them back in without a second queue.
Print the year and your venue name on the band, and a band from last year or from the party next door is useless here.
Open bar without arguments
- Print the package on the band. OPEN BAR or BEER AND WINE, so the bartender does not have to ask.
- Print the cut-off if the open bar ends at a set time.
- Number the bands if drinks are counted against a package, and reconcile at closing. Numbering adds up to ₹0.28 a band.
