Setting it up
Plan bands by tier and by day
- List every tier that needs a different door, then every day. Tiers times days is your colour count.
- Number the bands if gates must reconcile against ticket scans.
- Ship bands to the venue a few days early, not on the morning of the show.
- Keep 5 to 10 percent spare for torn bands and late changes to the guest list.

GST at 18% is added on the invoice. Prices hold for 30 days.

Questions from events, concerts and festivals
How early should we order for a festival date?
Plain stock dispatches the same working day when ordered by 4 pm, otherwise the next. Printed bands dispatch in 1 to 2 working days for one colour and 3 to 4 for full colour after you approve the proof. Add transit to your city and a margin for the venue.
Can every band have a QR code?
Yes, on printed orders from 5,000. Tell us whether the codes come from your ticketing system or should be sequential, and we confirm the print size that scans.
Can we mix colours in one order?
Yes, at no extra charge, with at least 1,000 bands per colour. Most event orders are several colours: one per tier or per day.
