How to order custom printed wristbands, step by step

Send the quantity, the colours, the band width and your artwork. You get a price and a digital proof. Approve the proof and pay the advance, and the bands are printed, packed in cartons and sent by courier. Take the proof slowly: once you approve it, it is exactly what gets printed.
What to send with the enquiry
Everything below fits in one WhatsApp message or one form. Missing details cost a day of back and forth, so send what you have and say what you do not know yet.
- Quantity, split by colour. Each colour needs at least 1,000 bands per colour. See how many wristbands to order.
- Width. 19 mm for a colour and a short word, 25 mm for a logo, a number and a QR code. See wristband sizes.
- Print. Plain, one colour or full colour.
- Artwork. A PDF, SVG or AI file if you have one, otherwise the sharpest image you have. Artwork that will not print well is redrawn for ₹330 to redraw artwork that will not print well. See the artwork guide.
- Numbering or QR codes, if you need them, and the number to start from.
- The date you need the bands in hand, and the delivery pincode.
- The name and GSTIN the invoice should carry.
The price
Prices are per band before GST, and drop at each quantity step: 5,000, 10,000, 25,000, 50,000, 1,00,000. The full ladder, by width and print, is on the paper wristbands page.

The proof
You get a digital proof the same day, as a digital proof. It shows the band at its real width with your artwork, colours and any numbers in place.
Check before you approve
- Every word, letter by letter, and the spelling of the venue name.
- The colour of each band, against the colours you asked for.
- The first and last number of every numbered run.
- The QR code: scan it from the screen with your phone and see where it goes.
- That the date or night printed on each band matches your plan.
Take your time over it. The terms are no cancellation or refund once you approve the proof, so read the proof as if it were the band itself.
If you want to hold the band first: a paid kit of every stock colour in both widths, refunded against your order and dispatched in 1 to 2 days; a sample printed with your artwork costs ₹550.
Payment and the invoice
Terms are 50% advance and the balance before dispatch, by NEFT, RTGS, UPI or Razorpay link. Every order is billed on a GST invoice from Adalwin Commerce™ LLP, made out to the company name and GSTIN you give us.

Working days exclude Sundays. Plain stock dispatches the same working day when ordered by 4 pm, otherwise the next.
Work back from the day you need the bands in hand, and leave two working days of margin for a festival week or a slow courier. If the date is already close, ask about rush printing: same-day or next-day printing, depending on quantity, at a 10% surcharge.
Delivery
Bands are packed in sheets of 10, boxes of 100 and cartons of 1,000, and dispatched from Pune and Mumbai by Delhivery, Blue Dart and DTDC. You get the exact count you ordered, and a print fault gets a free reprint.
When the cartons arrive, count them against the invoice, open one box of each colour and check the print before the event week, not on the morning of it.

What is the minimum order for printed wristbands?
Printed orders start at 5,000 bands. Below that, plain stock colours come in cartons of 1,000.
Can one order have several colours?
Yes, with at least 1,000 bands per colour per colour.
