When to order wristbands: India’s event calendar, 2026 to 2027

Send your artwork four weeks before the event, and earlier for the peak dates: New Year’s Eve on 31 December 2026, Holi on 22 March 2027, the summer waterpark season from April, and Navratri from 30 September to 9 October 2027. Four weeks leaves time for the proof, printing, transit to your city and a margin.

Festival dates follow the panchang and can differ by a day between regions and traditions. Check your local calendar. "Send artwork by" assumes printed bands; plain stock needs less time.
Why four weeks
- Proof. A day or two to send it, and however long your team takes to approve it. Proof turnaround: the same day, as a digital proof.
- Printing. Printed bands dispatch in 1 to 2 working days for one colour and 3 to 4 for full colour after approval.
- Transit. To the metros: 2 to 3 days, varying by city. District towns take longer.
- Margin. For a reprint if something is wrong, before the date, not on it.
Ordering for a season
Garba nights, a summer at a waterpark and a club’s month of weekends are all better ordered in one go: one proof, one price at a larger step, and colours planned across the whole run. Work out the number with how many wristbands to order.
Questions
How late can I order wristbands for an event?
Plain stock dispatches the same working day when ordered by 4 pm, otherwise the next. Printed bands need a proof first. Tell us the date before anything else and we tell you if it can be done.
When is Holi in 2027?
Monday 22 March 2027, with Holika Dahan on the evening of 21 March.
When is Navratri in 2027?
Sharad Navratri runs from 30 September to 9 October 2027, with Dussehra on 9 October. Chaitra Navratri begins on 7 April 2027.
